sometimes...

the best remedy is to think forward.  look up.  some may even call it an eternal perspective...

but it strikes a chord somewhere instinctual, to something hard wired that reminds me that there are things more elemental and perhaps even more important than the current distraction.  a reason to persevere this instance.  today, it was the dream of a child.  they were right when they called me an old soul.
